Every one of our hero styling tools — the LCD Hair Straightening Comb, the LCD Display Infrared Hair Straightener with Wide Plate, and the LCD Temperature Controlled Automatic Hair Curler — comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

Reporting a Damaged or Defective Item

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects that affect the performance of the device (e.g., a device that does not power on due to a factory defect)

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Accidental damage
• Misuse or improper handling
• Water damage
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

How We Resolve Warranty Claims

We aim to make every resolution as seamless as possible. Our process:

1. Replacement — Our preferred solution. We'll send you a replacement at no cost.
2. Store Credit — Offered if a direct replacement is not available.
3. Refund — Issued only when a replacement is not possible.
